Very bad service>

Mixed feelings to be honest. After hearing great stories I was very happy to go there. However when I arrived the women helping me started complaining about the quality of my hair (why I had come to them in the first place) very loud across the room and I felt really embarrassed. I tried to explain why my hair was in bad conditions due to long exposure of sun and seawater but she was not interested.
Even when I tried to explain what I wanted, she did not really listen to me (and note Im not a native french speaker so it takes me a bit more time to express myself). She then asked her colleague (I assume Nicolas Waldorf) who was at least nicer in the way he talked but explained me their "brand" was not fitting with what I tried to explain. I'm still not sure they understood what I wanted and just felt that they would not treat my hair basically.
In my opinion, going to a hairdresser is also to ask professionals for help and trying an experience in where you should feel good about yourself coming out of it, which was unfortunately not the case.
It might a famous place and they might be good at what they do- but the client service that I received was very bad. Maybe if i had spoken french better it would have been better, but honestly that should not be a reason.
