No price list for products + very rude>

The salon works without any price list. There are no prices on the products either. So the owner gives different prices to different people. The check also gives just the final amount not the breakdown. I was charged 65 euros for one product, the same product was offered for 49 euros to my friend. The owner did not want to apologized just shouted, no price list was shown. Very rude.
